Mold rider on your insurance policy
Many homeowners’ insurance policies have what is known as a “mold rider” which provides coverage when mold is found in the home. Recently, we have learned that there may be legal issues with these riders that are worth pursuing. The lawyers at Freidin Dobrinsky are experienced in investigating and prosecuting consumer fraud cases, both individually and as class actions. If you, or anyone you know, has such a rider in their policy, they should contact us.
Uninsured Motorist Insurance
Uninsured/underinsured motorist insurance provides you with coverage in case you are injured in a car accident due to another driver’s fault and the other driver does not have insurance or does not have enough insurance to cover your damages. Because there are many uninsured or underinsured drivers in South Florida this insurance is well-worth the expense as it affords you some protection should you be seriously injured by an uninsured driver.
In some instances your unisured motorist provider will refuse to compensate you for your damages. We have a long history of successfully obtaining compensation for clients when their insurance company refuses to compensate them for their damages.
